Dr. Brown was Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center prior to joining Landmark Imaging. Following residency training at Cedars-Sinai, he completed a Musculoskeletal Imaging fellowship at UCSF. Dr. Brown is a recognized expert in Orthopedic radiology including MR arthrography, conventional arthrography, image-guided musculoskeletal biopsy, and joint injections. Dr. Brown performs on average more than 400 joint injections/procedures per year which include therapeutic Synvisc and corticosteroid joint injections throughout the body. He actively participates in musculoskeletal research projects at Landmark Imaging, mainly concentrating on early detection of arthritis with MRI techniques. Dr. Brown has published extensively relating to his specialty including several book chapters, and has been an invited lecturer at multiple conferences and rheumatology symposiums.
