Dr. King has been in private practice on the Westside since 1995. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship at UCLA. Dr. King has performed thousands of routine image-guided spinal injection procedures such as epidural cortisone injections. In addition, Dr. King has considerable expertise in newer more sophisticated procedures such as discography, radiofrequency neurolysis, vertebroplasty, and percutaneous laminotomy. Dr. King's outpatient interventional practice also includes CT- and ultrasound-guided biopsy of the head and neck as well as of the abdominal organs. He is known not only for his interventional skills, but also for his abilities with neurological and musculoskeletal MRI, nuclear medicine, PET and general and vascular ultrasound. Dr. King is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Keck School of Medicine at USC.
